You are officially a shell company again.  Talk about coming full circle.

Its hilarious what Fia will do to mislead investors.  His last news release outlined the revolving line of credit.  To pay for lease payments on the building he's selling.  The only asset he had.  No wonder he never applied for a selling licence. Under the terms of the amendment, the lender may advance up to $500,000 under the LOC by December 15, 2022, upon certain ...more

I guess there isn't any cannabis manufacturing contracts to be had out there, these guys were so late to the party everyone had a dance partner. Gotta wonder how many of the board/directors/advisors are partial owners of the property.  Anyone have a real estate agent friend that can look up who is on title and how much they paid 3 yrs ago?  Anyone call the listing agent and ask if ...more

Jimbo... More than likely your contact at CVG no longer even works ther!... Just a guess

Probably not. it was John Duck. Messages keep bouncing back. Can someone speculate as to why the bid is over 4 million. Who finds any kind of value here with these scammers.

Trading volumes have been at zero for the past week. I am assuming you have not jumped in at 1.5 cents at bought more... based on these huge changes for the better. Looks like a couple million share bids at 0.5 cents are stockpiling

You forgot to mention the part about "these huge changes for the better".  I still see this company as I did before.  No product, no sales, no difference now really.  Although it appears now there may be no hope for any of those in the future if posters contacts no longer work there and it appears they may have defaulted on equipment payments, sand closed up shop. What ...more

I am assuming that not many know the whole story here.
Comment by Bootstrapper on Oct 14, 2022 2:42pm
The assumption here is that CVG actually owned the building (which it does not) and that CVG owes it equipment free and clear (a quick PPSA check could confirm)... I would not be suprised if another third party lender does not have security on the equipment... I think I read about that last year
Comment by anjz661 on Oct 14, 2022 9:11pm
I think most here knew the building wasn't owned by CVG as per: https://stockhouse.com/news/press-releases/2019/07/30/city-view-green-closes-sale-and-leaseback-of-49-easton-road-in-brantford I don't think most knew the arms length owner was Rob Fia as has been indicated. I would assume (without a PPSA lien check) that the equipement was financed and if payments are stopped all ...more

RF does not own the building....Plain and simple. Its owned by an arm's length lender who may have provided a LOC to CVGR.
