RE:RE:RE:What is happening with CXXI

RE:RE:RE:What is happening with CXXI Warrants are in essence call options for a stock. They give you the right to purchase at a strike price within a prescribed period of time. When warrants are about to expire, the holder has a choice to make. If the stock price is above the strike price, you put in more money to exercise the warrant and buy the underlying stock. Alternatively the holder can sell shares that they have or short the shares. This generates cash required to exercise the warrants at the same time locking in their profits on the warrants. This is what I think is happening right now. There are millions of warrants expiring on the next two or three weeks. The debenture warrants are at 90 cents and the phantom farm warrants are at 1.50. Hope this helps you make some sense on the recent price movement. Same thing happened in December when the first tranche of the debenture warrants expired. Then look what happened afterwards. Straight up like a rocket.
