For similar reasons, this NR was necessary before announcing further deals. As stated before, this proves Cybx can complete deals. Any other LOIs that come out now will be treated as if the deal is closed. With their credibility increasing rapidly, we may just see definitive agreements and not LOIs but we’ll see.
