Volume vs stock price

Volume vs stock price What's with the decently high volume and no movement on the stock price. Huge cross trading over the last month but appears no movement in the sp. looks like manipulation keeping the sp below .08 but for how long and what's the result of this. It's not retail playing this game so who and how long? Are the big guys just accumulating?
