It will take several months to sort out everything you just spoke about. The time to sell is now and then you buy back at $0.51 in 2-3 months as buyers dry up, company doesn't give any updates (which they've proven is their style) and this slowly sells off. Once MWM makes all announcements mentioned above, the stock runs to $1.25 and they do a PP at $1 with warrants at $1.80.
