Could it be that the NR which sets aside the redundancy, tweeks and ambiguity you refer to hinges only upon the final report of the cold weather trials, which may very well incorporate the solutions to the technical issues that you have enumerated? If so, I believe that the delay by MWM would be justifiable (within limits). However, it is incumbent upon MWM to inform the shareholders of the progress of the cold weather trials post-haste, without the previous ambiguity or redundancy of the past.
