RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The company statesIs it possible that the company didn't need to do anymore r&d as they had already the blueprint and design to the digesters although the thing in question as to what the news releases are talking about are the microbes and that is covered with Dr. Bhushan and his team working on it. If that is the case and everything is otherwise looked after why would you need to spend any monies on research and design given you are proceeding all along.

Unless i know exactly what is meant--again not to sound stubborn is that all of these things are overlapping without any doubt--in regards to salaries, that is something i am never too thrilled about, that saying sure rings super true in "paying yourself first". Now i would say nobody will give their services for free we can't expect that however, i do believe the salaries should be reasonable--now you are quoting 2017 figures for salaries and consulting as 170k--assuming that is for the whole year that is really next to nothing but a jump to $547k seems like a lot however when you look at things you have to figure out who has been hired on the payroll and who is doing what--you have to pay your research team (Dr. Bushan will probably have a good chunk of that) then you have your CEO, CFO, and possibly a few other members--sure you can say that shares and warrants etc are payment but those are extra incentives, then you have your consulting partners who are probably a good chunk as well.

Now correct me if i am wrong, but  would think you would need to expense all these things out to come up with the product that has been being developed otherwise you would have nothing--again nobody can possibly work for free and when you look at the expenses they are actually not all that high--one darn CEO can make $300 k at the low end and i believe at Natcore tech he was and that again is cheap you have others that make closer to the million plus, however, i suppose everything is all relative.

Again, is it not possible that there are overlapping things here which even though has been separated out and r&d is separate and 0 was spent it was because the company was really working on two different product offerings they were not say working now on the Pharma one in which case just watch what should theoretically happen with the r&d if they are not using the same blue print or design that they have been using with the other digesters so as to the point--if there isn't anything new design and testing wise for r&d dollars to be needed why would you spend on it and if you don't you would have to put 0!

Nevertheless, obviously, this company isn't super liquid and as i had mentioned any company that lists on the CNSX is in truth even less along the way than those listed on the TSX Venture and you will need to be even more careful with these than those on the venture due to the fact that they are not even as close to it--companies on the CNSX may really fall on the TSX Nex market which is pre-venture i  believe that is what it was called--that is the lowest tier possible, so it is not that much of a surprise in what the company had issued as an ongoing warning about high volatility and the need for capital and i guess it is reflected in all that we are talking about.

This company will need a build out time no doubt and may see .05-.10 in the near to mid term but for it to gain strength it will need more capital, revenue and strong partners--this is going to be a slow climb back up so i would not be looking for any miracles on this one especially in what we are seeing here. The hope initially was that we had the cbd digester made it was a success story and made good amounts of revenue on supplying the very first one leading to all the others after it--that didn't happen. I don't know how big the organic waste sector is and who has which company looking after them as i am sure there are probably others in this space--that's just the way it is--you have to prove yourself as a strong and reliable brand and you will have your own clientele and see how everything falls from there. That said, there is a need no doubt and again only time will tell where these will end up but again it will be some time before we see these past .10 unless there are some big contracts and strong revenue, however, if as someone mentioned previously we are not even out of the testing phase on any of the tech well needless to say it will first have to get out from there and turn the corner to make revenue--this probably will not go past around .08 that is where hpq has been stuck at because it too needs commercial revenue--this has fewer shares on that but that one is in the energy sector and probably has stronger revenue potential--I don't know because i don't want to short change this one--again only time will tell and whether i keep holding or not remains in question as i may just simply take my licking and move on to see if i can increase that amounts when rolled up with other in an investment or simply hold waiting it out but i don't see a fast climb here anything above .10 i will definitely be looking to sell half--anything less well i will literally need to sell all--not many options here right now and not likely going to see even break even in the near to mid term here--but that's the way it goes what can you do?

Thanks for the discussion Destro65, trust me it is greatly appreciated and by no means am i trying to be stubborn but i don't think the burn amounts is as much of an issue as just bad timing and the upheavel of an industry that needs to find its footing--that happens. Like i said, i don't know how big anything else is but i believe it should be good enough to see some sort of share value appreciation in time and if not well then the company will either dilute heavily and trying to keep the lights on and then consolidating and if not successful that will be it and gone belly up. Regardless, for now i will do what i have planned nothing yet--when January comes transfer the shares into my tfsa and wait and see what the company shows in the first quarter--theoretically we should be hearing about the Pharma angle of things. All in all this is not the best situation to be in but again that's life and we just make the best of an overall really bad situation especially if your share value has been brought down by 50 percent or more that is a huge unrealized hit--again what can you do--that happens.
