RE:Digester business is kaput. Seeking new opportunities That will make a lot of sense given that they are looking to tap into that side of the business to raise the capital. If that is the case, that makes my decision very easy as to whether i will continue to hold my shares here or not. I am not big on mining, oil and gas, crypto currency, i think you guys can see the trend and what i am getting at--i don't like to invest in anything that i belive is releasing too much carbon and is otherwise detrimental to our enviroment. Nevertheless, if there is a greening component to those companies i will likely consider them and have in fact invested in several companies that bring those components--

(i.e. hpq has a gold side of its business but got into solar as well, enviroleach's knowledge is off of mining and have found ways to recover metals in more environmentally friendly ways--any oil and gas company that is looking to become more efficient in the process of getting it out such as accelware, or taking on alternative energy as a part of its business--all of these things i look favorably to--I get all energy sources have their pros and cons and feel they need to be coupled together to draw on the strengths and compensating for respective weaknesses)

I personallly feel there is tons of silver and gold out in the world already you don't need to keep raping the Earth for these precious metals--same with diamonds and any precious metals perhaps with the exception of rare Earth metals or those serving in functional purposes to increase energy as well as add strength to materials such as what vanadium can do--things that can be coupled with materials that can cut down on gas emissions and have cleaner burn to them (possibly serve as safety to nuclear energy such as couplings and things used to contain and utilize it properly).

I invested in this company because of being something that was looking to go to green tech and conversation but if it goes into mining I will be looking to exit out and will wish everyone all the very best if that should be the case.

Let's see where the chips will fall but if the digester business isn't viable has too long of a build out time it may well be better to refocus although we still have to see how things play out--the share value definitely has tons to be desired for no doubt but like i said things happen but hopefully they will be fantastic in the near future for all our benefits--here's to wishng a way better new year with this holding whatever it may be--

Happy New Year and good luck all.
