thank you so much money northbound yours is the first post ever in my 20 or so years gambling in pennies I have read that sounds extremely heart felt genuine and sincere despite a very woeful experience you have had with this company...I am truly sorry for your loss with this company. I have seen in my years many people hammering on companies possibly because they lost monies or they are playing the manipulation game...whatever the case may be and pass themselves first off as trying to bring truth to the boards care for the investors well being only later to turn around chide them and then laugh when people lose money saying it serves you right for not listening? Really so you care that much and the laugh at people losing their money but you said you care that they dont and try to stop them from being sucked in??? I tell you I have seen it all in my 20 years of gambling and more specifically on the boards probably 10 but seldom do I come across a post like yours despite being angry with the past rotten dealings being upset where your focus correctly is you wish everyone well...this is very rare indeed...a breath of fresh air thank you so much again. Yes this company historically is weak and whoever is in charge at the time seems to pick questionable people to work with although Aurora Cannabis was the right move things just didnt work it wasnt quite the right time. With the ppe it clearly is but whether Mr. Sidhu is the right person has yet to be seen. Now I have said I am neutral here and it definitely isnt in my interest to say anything bad to put those thoughts in peoples heads but I will give a stern warning here not being racist or certainly not trying to be prejudicial speaking truthfully as being in knowledge of an ethnic community...I am Indian born in Canada my parents from India, there's a lot of Indian pride here on the line, Indians are really hard working and in the culture believe in what is called sayvah which is service to the community more so on a voluntary compassionate base to help people it is part of how we are raised. Despite hard working and being community service minded many Indians talk a big game lots of bark and no bite...and unfortunately embellish facts especially when it comes to business in other words many lie about their reality and many are quite crooked as well as extremely money minded you have to be very careful when trusting Indians I almost dont want to deal with companies if Indians are in key positions I have had really bad dealings when I have. Now just to be clear not all deal poorly but a good chunk do...this goes back to what I talk about Indian pride...I dont like saying this at all about Indians but unfortunately there is a double edged sword here and so I am like ok take the chance or no...the other things about Indians is that many will fight with you tooth and nail if they think they have been wronged even if they were in fact the guilty partner this is especially true of Sikhs...if you get in a dispute with them they will really make you know not to...right or wrong it doesnt matter it is if in their eyes they feel wronged they will "defend" themselves to the very end...I have read and quite disappointed to see the wrongful dismissal still not dealt with that's not good! Sikhs also will tell you very clearly that they have long memories and dont forget when anger is channeled in the right way for actually truly standing up for justice this can be a good thing but when anger is channeled the wrong way and people are blinded have a distorted sense of what is fair and just this can be a bad thing...only fair minded people who think really think properly be it in any ethnic group will rise to honorable deeds but if one is blind to their own whims egoes and or of others despite wanting a sense of fairness and justice they will create inequity and injustice. In any case, I dont know Mr. Sidhu but I do hope he is trust worthy and is among Indians who work hard is honest and can fully stand behind his claims which are the very reason for this halt. Now I came out defending him and the company but quite honestly either he or the company should have know better dont make claims that have not first been substantiated if you dont know but you believe you can produce x quantities of this and y quantities of that then qualify such statements at full capacity we anticipate/expect believe we can produce 40,000 surgical masks and 50,000 respirators whatever the case may be. And if you are not currently producing things because you dont have the equipment then say so.. we are a newly acquired company that will be moving to the facilities in Delta to be able to increase production but are waiting for equipment or retooling to get up and running to produce up to 100,000 masks a day and will keep people posted as to further developments whatever the case may be...like I said this is something the company should know better on given it deals with these things a private company may or may not...now again everything is up to clarification and yes is an interpretative case right now. I have been personally burnt in companies that have had Indian involvement even as high as being CEOs and or presidents of company the quite some time belly up Transgaming tng was the ticker and Poet which is doing so so but nowhere near what people expected...lot of people were not happy with the head there who were Indians I wasnt either...it was partly how they dealt which wasnt much different than the previous non Indian management and partly they didnt deliver where they would claim to be able to go but on a very big plus side they made the right decision to monetize the tech when they did otherwise God only knows how long it would take to keep developing it and if it would ever make money...so I really applauded that. Like I said I dont know Mr. Sidhu I dont know how successful he was as a private owner and I just hope and pray to God he is among the Indians who take great pride in their work are really honest and does not take any short cuts and will stand behind things in the right not wrong way. I am particularly hard on Indians because it is Indian pride and I certainly dont want our community to be seen as people who talk the talk and dont walk the walk, are corrupt, are violent--the community has a huge black eye when it comes to domestic violence and gang stuff, are exploitive happens a great deal in farming etc...those who are Indian will know full well what I have said some of whom may see this post with a lot of disdain and scorn but it is unfortunately the ugly truth. But Indians are also warm heartened very family oriented hard working take pride in what they do very generous and friendly...so as i said a double edged SWORD. I have said i dont want to sell a share unless this trades 30 to 40 cents but that was stated relative to the fact the company is being fully truthful about it's abilities and hasnt mislead us...and as I said the truth will come out moving forward from when we start trading and I despite how things will go want to keep my word...if I had tons invested I would still want to keep my word but would need to do what I need to do not to lose that monies understandably so and that too if you are mislead then your word and trust in the company was made in bad faith and a lie due to then.. but I dont have tons of monies here although still lot for me 10 plus of my overall portfolio worth right now...but I laid out the scenario and set my this chunk of investment to 0...I will definitely sell 2/3my shares if this gets halved it happened when the cbd industry collapsed so I will say this very clearly and that will leave a bitter taste yet again second time in a row...I planned to keep a third regardless super long term. No doubt I am hoping for better and I know this post may not help....its the unfortunate truth I am hesitant to invest in companies where Indians play a key significant role yes this sadly is being prejudice negatively at that I am prejudging no easy way to sugar coat this but the flipside could be true to that if I trusted Indians as a whole I could say absolutely I will invest with them that is being positively prejudice.. bottom line things are individual to individual but trust me Indians many time talk a big game some deliver others dont but yes they definitely talk just look at this post of mine..my goodness. I am honestly looking for the best and I really want Mr. Sidhu and every Indian to make good on their words because again to me at the end of the day this goes back to Indian pride...I want us the community to be known for the very best we have to offer of ourselves and not seen in any other light. glta
