so the company is in a litigation with hardly any commercial news which already was dragging the price down, but do people think that the fellow who is suing the company will seriously win? If the company can't successfully defend itself on this type of litigation which is actually the easiest one they will ever have (heaven forbid there are anymore down the line) than there will be real ...more
