Would like some comment from the company on this. 

Miles (new temp CFO) 300k in stock plus 50k options
Kirstina (new corporate secretary) 190k in stock plus 310k in options. 

My question is, did they own this stock prior to joining the company or was this Initial SEDI gifted by the company ? I think i know the answer but don't want to assume.
