It seems weird SEC has not picked up on the financings on the USA side and I wonder if any of you have any idea what it means when they say "The shares of common stock (or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof) and accompanying warrants can only be purchased together in this offering, but will be issued separately and will be immediately separable upon issuance"
Look at the Tombstones on the Maxim site. It is a common feature...as is the way below market pricing. Biolase was a recent one that was $1.47 and soon went to below 80 cents, and that is just one of them.
Trouble I see is no securities regulator exists for this exchange in Canada.
