How can a placement be done at 27 cts US on a bot deal and then the stocks trade in the secondary market at 15 cts ...why ...is it to shake out weak hands..

I think that the overall market is tired of this and sending them a message. At some point you need to actually do business and not just talk about it. Dreamers never find a way to get things to the finish line. Cam should step down and let someone who has a business mind take this to the next level and fast before there is nothing left to save. It really is that simple....
