Will not get financing...

Will not get financing......if the share price hovers around two dollars or less unless they want to seriouslt handicap the company. The price has to get into the $3-4 range, and stay there for a while. I'm sure financing will happen once the stock price get into this range and stays there.I believe, the stock price must move up for management to reach its goals.
