I appreciate the inputs.  I have seen alot of despotic governments in my lifetime and this is good background as well as history for me to understand.  Your information on the 1980's was not known to me.  You and Sr. Wood have very good facts.

I was unsure of their license on the property so 2027 is a good amount of time to develop while leaving a strong infrastructure for the people of that region.

I am not a person who wants to see this go down any further for me personally or for others as well.  The Colombians are good people and if they succeed they can be #1 in their continent for a long time to come.  Good business practices by good companies in coordination with local, regional, and national governments should be the focus.  From what you report over the past few comments, it appears the interested parties are working towards a quality resolution.
