Exploitacion - Fundamental Phase
I think the Minambiente has put it correctly that the permits that don't have "exploitacion" will be revoked in this area. The management probably saw this coming in communication the Minister put forward in January.
The management of all these companies in this article should be either communicating in what phase they are of the permits. If they don't communicate it what key titles are protected it may mean they packing up or preparing their defense.
All of these companies have had plenty of time to see what is about to happen and preparing their alternate plans. This is where good companies and management win. In reading others posts, many believe this team at EOM is good company. In my time analyzing, they seem to have quality backgrounds in big projects with good reputations.
