RE:RE:RE:Title 3542 InquiryYou still do not get it. The Company is not filing a quarterly. The Company is filing its annual audited financial statements for the year ended December 31 which are due in 4 months. Yes the Company filed its quarterlies quicker since they do not have to be audited which is why they are due in 2 months.
