From what I understand AUX will not be all of Sr. Batista. It involves his partners who are the lien holders of AUX. They bring alot of knowlege about oil which is one of the key engines for growth in Colombia. There is no coincidence the Oil & Gas Conference where the ministers will be addressing the conference (MADS, ANM y Defensa) tomorrow and Thursday of this week.
I understand the valuation issues here from prior investment to the current assets "taken" from Eco Oro including the high levels of capital from Amber Group and Sr. Paulson.
I don't have knowledge of these types of cases but I know about the costs associated in major international legal cases from patents to antitrust are in the 10 million to 20 million. Do you have a cost or does the Government of Canada help out in this type of litigation?
I am sure this country does not want to become like their neighbor but the fashion in this region seems to be quasi socialism by creating their own oligarchs like AUX.
I hope for a beneficial resolution for everyone to be rewarded for their patience and fidelity.
