You can review the cases but these are the courts where you can dispute agreements with a country and they could be decided within a year. The key will be your legal firm and your ability to have the resources (capital) as well as the merits of the case.

Colombia has alot of contracts out there and Venezuela is a perfect example of what they don't want to become when it comes to "land reform".

I am sure the country of Canada will be helpful in mediation.
