Nice post. My only comment is that for an underground mine, the property is open at depth. It may be possible to start at a lower level and prove up more resources in the high grade veins. I absolutely think an open pit is completely off the table since that would start environmental action and be a negative. I believe EOM will be given just eneogh room to make this project viable and perhaps do some more drilling to add to the resource at depth. That would prevent any legal issues with EOM. Yes the government has been slow however all parties have had to navigate politically through a firestorm with environmentals, FARC, ect.
Bottom line is there is a lot we do not know other than there has been a lot of games being played in this area. I am long and plan to stay that way. My average cost in EOM, CBJ and GWY is about double from todays prices. However I think there will be at least one winner out these companies in the mid term. I have the least faith in CBJ which was a company which certainly knows how to burn through cash. RB cannot be happy.
