I agree and the Repsol case in Argentina is good for EOM.  Colombia's legal advisors know this and they don't want to become like Argentina.  It will send this government crashing down.  They have to raise serious infrastructure cash, clean up rivers, etc. and getting all sustainable companies involved will be critical.

Amber with their indirect backing of SocGen and Paulson's abilities will help create quality leverage for EOM.  I am sure the "stick" is obvious now they have to execute.  Court is not the great way to go but Repsol used it and got compensation prior to trial. 

The question I have as a small shareholder is this company worth more in bankruptcy to Amber and Paulson than it is a publicly traded company on the TSX?
