RE:RE:RE:News It is bad. The government has the right not to renew a license to protect its envonment. An international court is unlikely to punish a country which imposes a law to protect the environment which has impacted dozens if not hundreds of other companies. I said a few months ago that any company could sue a country if an environmental permit was not issued which is not the case. GOld Reserve case in Venezuela was very very different since that was about state seizure of a mining company asset. ECO knows it's bad which is why they effectively diluted half the company to get the best deal possible. The hedge fund will settle for a few hundred million at best and take half. That is best case. Billions no chance. Sorry. Mark my words. There is a bull run in gold and at least 30 quality juniors are 5 baggers and this dead duck still trades at $0.30. GLTA
