RE:RE:Trexs, Deleware dictates Canadian laws..Perhaps justifiable paranoia and I would hate to validate mr. schiffs position but it's the illogical timing of events that has me concerned.  And if the new version of the board has a plan which they should if the circular is ready, then why come out with the expectation of delisting.
