This is the part which shareholders and 2017 /2019 CVR holders defrauds by usury, hidden in the fineprint of the 2020 CVRs. And this usury is massive ! It includes more than 100 % "interest rate" which is
"lessed" from shareholders and 2017 /2019 CVR holders in favour for these "certain" 2020 CVR holders (a very small group of certain people).
I doubt that such an afterwards massive worsening of given rights can go through a legal check. Usury is clearly forbidden in the Canadian Criminal Code.
