RE:RE:RE:RE:Courtenay WolfeThe payout at a 300 million award would be
after a so call "re-direction" to the 2020 CVRs owners...
1) to owners of the 2019 CVRs
2) to owners of the 2017 CVRs
3) to shareholders
It would depend on the day, when
the last cent from Colombia had arrived on the escrow account for this purpuse.
Figures with dates, my calculation says:
| to | usury for | total to | award sum | remains |
payment | 2020 | 2020 | 2020 | | for |
day between | CVRs | CVRs | CVRs | | distribution |
| | | | | |
07/13/20 | 20 | 35 | 55 | 300 | 245 |
01/13/21 | | | | | |
| | | | | |
01/13/21 | 20 | 50 | 70 | 300 | 230 |
07/13/21 | | | | | |
| | | | | |
07/13/21 | 20 | 65 | 85 | 300 | 215 |
01/13/22 | | | | | |
| | | | | |
after 01/13/22 | 20 | 80 | 100 | 300 | 200 |
Unfortunately the last row is the most probable for an award
payment by Colombia in this endless story.
After the usury stealing ("re-direction") for the small number of 2020 CVR owners, the distribution will follow
1. to the CVR 2019 holders according to their new and strongly reduced rights
2. to the CVR 2017 holders according to their new and strongly reduced rights
3. what remains go to Eco Oro which will finally distribute it after all "costs" covered ... to shareholders.
A perfect perfide exploitation of the old investors (= shareholders) of Eco Oro.The ICSID may think that they are compensating the investors and their damage by an ICSID award. But the money will go in pockets of certain other persons.
Except we get a legal protection from a Canadian court against this systematic exploitation of the old shareholders of a Canadian company.
To roll up all this in front of a Canadian court: The usury attempt would be a good possibility as it is in my view even a criminal act what is done by the 2020 CVR gang, according to Canadian laws.
Corrections and comments are wellcomed.
