RE:RE:Read Eagle article. Bad news...Agree: In our case there was already a decision in Sept. 2021 which said:

By a majority, the Tribunal decides that Colombia is not in breach of Article 811 of the FTA. (3) By a majority, the Tribunal decides that Colombia is in breach of Article 805 of the FTA.

Which means in my legal layman`s words: Colombia had the right to stop mining within the (still not officially fixed) Paramo boarders - but has to pay (including interests) for the financial losses, which Eco Oro had due to the Exploration works on basis of the once officially given Licence.

Remember once a "Project of National Interest" even with participation of the World Bank Group Institution., IFC ...
