The de facto expropiation was executed in several steps, piece by piece by the Colombians.

Even at 1.2 B$  it would be a big winning for the Colombians. The gold assets which they expropiated from us, have now a much higher net value (after deduction of "All-In Sustaining Costs"), than anything between 1 -1.2 B US$.

After the ICSID case is finally finished, it will not take very long time: and underground mining will be declared as eco friendly on our licence area. May be under the Colombian name plate "Eco Minerales" instead of "Eco Oro"...
