Shares vs CVR question

If ones chooses to unload shares, does that cancel their cvr? And do all tranches of cvr get paid out or just the 3rd?

Selling your shares does not cancel your CVR, you paid for it based on your number of shares. All tranches of the CVR get paid out. I only bought into the first  tranche and if I remember the schedule correctly, that is the last one to get paid.

I recommand everybody to read the fine prints of the last CVR issuance. The last CVR de facto expropiates shareholders and holders of the first rows of CVRs for a good part of any award... It grants on costs of the shareholders and holders of the first rows of CVRs to the advantage of the handful people who owns the last issued CVR an extremly high part of any payments from the court decision ...more
