This does seem to suggest preparation for a resolution. The distribution waterfall seems to have shifted from 90% to 95% allocation to the CVR holders. So, with a $700M award, only $35M goes to the shareholders, which divided by 100M oustanding shares means a share price of 35 cents. With all of the other allocations, it is more like 20-25 cents.
