Colombia is broke and the overseer knows this so they rule in favour of Colombia and bankrupt companies versus a country. we are screwed royally by "investing" in a leftist corrupt country sadly.  Oh well it's gone.

Not followed the details of the Gabriel case but the BIG difference VS EOM is that the tribunal has already ruled Colombia violated article 805 of FTA our wait is on damages.  EOM argued for a valuation comparable to the Galway Soto Norte transactions. hence the $685M about $225/oz.  My view is that number is still very low but It is very defensible in court.   p { line ...more
