The fact these insiders are very well paid "employees" of the company, the stock markets were rattled generally, the shorts had taken some control of CBDT and all the NRs have been positive ....it was not the best time to do this.
I'm not sure what kind of communication is "supposed" to happen between upper management in this situation .....but I expect another side of Steve was expressed when he dealt with it ...particularly if he was blind-sided by this. Again, just bad optics.
In the end it changes none of the fundamentals and the analyses by Morningstar and Barchart will acknowledge that.
HOLD, remain LONG .....nothing suggests anything but up for the company and shareholders.
