RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:VP resignationIf you go back and read the original agreement, there is a clause which limits the amount of shares they can sell over a period of time.  Must be something the lawyers put in to protect against this kind of thing.  At any rate there are enough new share holders flowing in to deal this problem if it will become a problem.
