CBDT doesn't need to issue more shares or have all its warrants exercised because revenue is financing expansion.
MEDV issued shares and options for $.25 and $.40 on January 26. They issued options for debt settlement with a hold period of 4 months for $.46 on February 19. The sp today is $.19. While I don't wish any investor to lose money ....those who bought into these common shares, options and warrants can't be happy.
Apparently being a one dimensional Covid test company isn't working out so well. You should consider buying shares in CBDT, they're still a great deal.
