RE:RE:RE:Financial StatementsYour moniker says it all!!! How many other "honest CEOs" are you expecting to leave with the CSE Exchange down 70% from its peak in February of 2021? That's a lot of companies with "terrible" management according to your metric.
It was a macro manipulation event that saw the exchange ...and a significant number of companies trading on it, "fly" up and then crash down. The TSXV followed the same rate up but followed with a much slower decline. All this while the senior exchanges were rising.
Of course you have a stellar explanation for this .......?
P.S. You might want to review your skills at reading graphs. Exactly 2 years ago the stock was worth $.06. From August 19, 2020 until October 7, 2020 the stock considtently closed at $.04. Investors who bought then are still up over 100% ....not a bad return in less than 2 years. As for the decline it's been over 15 months, not two years. Most of that decline (clearly manipulated ...and responsible profit taking) happened in less than two weeks ....from a high of $2.50 on February 22nd to a low of $.60 on March 5th. From there to March of this year the sp was consistently between $.25 and $.50.
With debentures convertible to common shares at $.20 and warrants at $.30 your doom and gloom seems exceptionally premature.
