I don't know if I would blame it on the Kleins.  However, they have become part of the ammunition of the shorts to spread fear.  From what I can see they sold on the way up, not on the way down.

The scare has worked . Less than half the volume , price beat down. And the fact the klein's can dump stock as it vest quarterly, is a think to be worried about. It's going to take more than just some medium good news to pull up from this nose dive

Nothing much has changed in terms of fundamentals. Stop spreading crp, the quarterly amount of stock they can sell can be absorbed in about 2 hours of trading volumes. Sure I would like to see the stock price higher, but sometimes you have to slow down and get your house in order.  I have worked in the franchise industry and know how lucrative these deals can get.  Leave the shorting to
