Andrea Klein is still vp of operations as per the Empower web page, Im sure if she was selling anymore Steve would have turfed her too. Whatever the situation with Dustin it doesnt seem to have waivered steve's confidence in keeping her on the team. Now Dustin may have sold the remainder of his shares, in time we will know for sure.
