Here is the problem with your lack of evidence. On December 7 (approximately 3 months ago) CBDT closed at $.30. On February 2 (approximately 1 month ago) it closed at $.325. Every indicator and analyses suggested it was woefully undervalued. It is both the 2 weeks and 4 weeks after that that are important and that is where you have to look at the slopes of the rise. WOW 70% in 3 weeks... My DD checks out but this steaming pile keeps growing into trainwreck mode... Megabargains here, but trending shows I wait until it tanks even more.. Those are micro gaps between .395 and .42, and .47 and .52, and are not likely to be filled by the "gaps must be filled" theory. However March is typically a strong month for the shorts, and with that almost everything gets taken down. So you may see the .40's again, but not for the reason you have stipulated. This stock used to have support in the .32 range before the last major NR.
