"Quietly" moving up and some great news soon on the financials bodes well for Empower. Morningstar's valuation has turned extremely positive with a Fair Value sp this morning of $.99. The 1-star speculative, longterm target is up to $5.72. The resistance levels are spreading at $.68, $.70 and $.74. The strongest level of support is at $.62. All is looking good.

Given similar earnings that others in this sector get and their potential revenue increases, there is no way Empower should have ever fallan below $1.00.  I see MMED got uplisted to the NASDAQ and has had quite the substantial gain in share price.  Although they have lots of cash on hand, they don't seem to have any revenue from what I can see.  Empower will have a strong
