As of today no lease agreements for the 3 rexall locations, we can all say that is a fact. If Steve does in fact sign agreements for June 1 2021 then he can start construction on said clinics. With permits, depending on the construction that needs to be done could take as little as 1 month or as long as many months. In the middle of construction season in covid lockdown Ontario.. The Kai labs which he said was basic construction of some walls and office space is under way currently which they announced the expansion months ago. What does everyone feel is a realistic timeline to have the clinics up and running when the leases are signed?

Good questions. There are many "if's" involved to answer those questions. Realistically speaking, without any facts other than those which you brought up. Namely being "As of today there are no lease agreements". and " Kai labs expansion that was as easy as installing a door and basic construction of some walls." But thats construction in Texas. Here in Canada is

You still haven't answered my questions. How many shares of Empower do you process? How many other stock do you own? And how long have you been playing the stockmarket???? Like someone said before... silence is golden.

I'm gonna assume this question was meant for hornet, but I do have shares in empower.. A small amount compared to some I'm sure but invested nonetheless. Been chatting in this forum since .34 when I bought in just before the rexall deal announcement, didn't sell at the top but got out in a good spot before the big decline to under a buck. Rebought in the .80s and bag holding ever since

I kinda feel the same way. Similar circumstances as you. Financials will be a big part of what I do going forward.

There is lots of hope for CBDT while waiting for these financials has been very very painful for those longs while the short term trader(s) feed off these delays as most will fold like a  cheap tent. The .05-.10 cents swings have been golden,so take what the MM will feed you if that is your style,nothing wrong with trading a position. Coulple more weeks is nothing as I expect another test of
