The Medi-Collective

Looking at The Medi-Collective website, it appears they only have one clinic (Etobicoke) and one physician at the clinic - Dr. Jonathan Pinto. A search at CPSO shows this physician can only practice while under supervision coordinated by a supervisor acceptable to the College: Why is this? Missing qualifications? Need for practice improvement?
