I still haven't gotten my first 20% issuance of ER shares

Thanks dar76124.  diggin78 - I called IR a few weeks ago to ask what the problem was since Fidelity could not give me an answer, and the response I got from the IR contact with ER/EPL was that the issue was to do with the transfer agent who had "dropped the ball" and therefore there are many investors (both in Canada and the U.S.) who still have not gotten their ER shares yet. I have a hard time buying into the assetion that the distribution of royalty shares is out of their control. I'm a bit perplexed by this whole thing and the fact that they said the best they could do was to use another transfer agent in the future is a BS answer. Where does that leave the people who, at the moment, seem to have lost their money?

After reviewing your post I checked my shares and they all showed up from both instalments. I would look into your brokerage firm as it's not at all related to transfer company nor EPL. I'd be furious with your brokerage firm if I was you!
