I assumed (yup I hold my hands out to be strapped ;) ) that because the facility was talked about in the NR and recent investment, that the problem had been solved already. I expect the company believes it can be solved...

But assumptions are not the same as the horse's mouth

Current share action due to investment announcement...38% of a regional specialty fertilizer formulator and distributer ....good fit IMO with important plusses .... distributor of product ....  in Replenish management and experience in soil repleneshment. Non binding LOI expected to close eaarly mid February 2021

I see it as a good thing
