I really like it too. The deal brings cash flow from an established business, distribution expertise and channels, established brand equity and leverage for new products and product lines...

Brings good people too in the prior owners who will presumably be staying on as shareholders of ERTH. If the culture meshes and both companies take advantage of eachother this will definitely make the company stronger
