RE:RE:Very UnhappyYes, it's particularly sad when you see another company like Verde building a company without excess dilution. Not sure what explains this other than a complete lack of business sense, or a perhaps just a disregard for exsiting shareholders.

I also would take their forward guidance with a big grain of salt. How can they ramp up their business 100% quarter over quarter (from Q1/Q2->Q3/Q4) unless they do so at terrible margins (and therefore quickly burn the money they just raised)?
