RE:RE:RE:Very UnhappyDespite having sold half my position, and totally agreeing with you that essentially doubling the share count at very favourable prices....someone said you can't get any shares via the PP anymore, it seems to be fully subscribed...duhhhhh....there IS room for an explanation that goes" we priced this some time ago when SP was lower"...but that does not make the decision to go so big any more palatable.
Unlikely to go as far as fast as first thought....so I will watch this very closely for a possible total exit

I also would take their forward guidance with a big grain of salt. How can they ramp up their business 100% quarter over quarter (from Q1/Q2->Q3/Q4) unless they do so at terrible margins (and therefore quickly burn the money they just raised)?
