Secova Metals to be delisted from TSX-V Sept. 13

Effective at the close of business on Sept. 13, 2021, the common shares of Secova Metals Corp. will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange at the request of the company. The company obtained the directors resolution on Aug. 6, 2021, authorizing the delisting. The company's majority of minority shareholders approved the delist pursuant to consent shareholders resolution dated from Sept. 2, 2021, to Sept. 7, 2021.
