Management has been busy. I have no issue with stock options. However there were 8 trading days of the last 12 where they could have issued the options at a much higher price, even a dollar close one day. The optics are horrendous. My only thought is that they have rewarded themselves with multiple deals being signed in the ewaste sector and mining sector. Ink isn't flowing out of the pen just yet though, or there would have to be an actual press release to all shareholders. Maybe they should be thinking about issuing shareholders special warrants or rights at this price also? Was wondering if there was any type of poison pill in place? When management participates in financings at .75 cents, and options at 76. a cheap takeout is still pretty good money. Musings on a dreary day. glta
