RKS undervalued = bad management?

Just started looking at RKS, it seems really undervalued, p/b is like 0.6.

Then again RKS doesnt trade, I guess no one wants to lose all their money with these guys running the show. the 4 main guys blew it with Cuoro and then lost $5mil in 2015 and also now throwing away $2 mil on REWP. They lost more money than RKS is worth! And still pay themselves a salary!

What's the real story or whether these guys will ever deliver results? Any reason to buy? Or short it!
