These guys might be in trouble $-wise. What happened to the

desperately needed PP announced Sept 4th ?? The last financial stmts showed they had, as of Sept 30th - $74K in Cash but $750K in Accounts Payable. If the PP never went thru then ... how long do they have left? Did it go thru but they forgot to announce it?

Kozmo... over the course of the last few years, how often has the Company settled debt with shares? They do it more than any other company I've seen, geez they even swapped helicopter rides for certificates... lol. I don't view the A/P's in the same disastrous light as you do. But, it would be nice to find out what happened to that flow through offering!
