Lets try to remain positive

As a Shareholder in SPpf i can say there is alot going on behind the scenes. What the company(s)need is positivity from all involved in this venture between all companies. This is going to be very big and will benefit all.Remember,Big opportunities take time and definatley do not happen overnight.2014 will be a banner year,i am quite sure of that.

Then i suggest,if you own shares or are a shareholder to dump them and move on. Have a great day and good luck.

I think it might be hard to dump anything when it's not trading.

Here is something else to chew on. I don't believe any share holder was notified of a vote for a roll back and yet we see the stock was rolled back 1 for 10. I for one would not have voted for a roll back and a number of others would have voted the same way. I would rather write my paper off as a loss than allow them to do this.

If you would rather write your paper off as a loss than allow them to do a roll back like the majority of shareholders have passed; then forward you shares to me. Or wait and see what management is going to behold regarding the future for this company. cheers larr1

I have talked to a number of people and none of them receieved notification from the company for a roll back!!!!!!!!!!!!!! None of them receieved anything from their brokerage house!!!!!!!!!!! As FCI is a public company there are laws that it must follow!!!!!!!!!! Make everyone whole. There is no choice or go to court.
